| The San Carlos Art and Wine Festival is located on Laurel Street between San Carlos Avenue and Olive in Downtown San Carlos. Exit Hwy 101 at Holly Street. Proceed West to El Camino Real. Turn left to San Carlos Avenue and turn right. There is ample parking in lots behind stores on both the east and west sides of Laurel Street and well as on adjacent streets. |
